Late period but not pregnant???

I’m 22 days late. I’m not worried because my cycle is irregular but I wasn’t sexually active the last time this happened. I went 3 months without having a period but now I have a boyfriend and we do have sex a lot but it’s always safe sex. I took 2 tests. Both negative. Is it normal ? Should I see a doctor?

If you normally have irregular periods I wouldn’t be concerned about being pregnant. Especially if both tests came back negative. But you might want to see a doctor to determine why your periods are so irregular and what you can do to change that
