UGH FML

Normally my period is 4-6 days later than the app says it will be. This time it showed up NINE DAYS EARLY and my birthday is this weekend. I have the worst cramps I've ever had and heat won't even help, in my lower back, stomach, hips, all the way down into my legs. Could hardly sleep last night and all day it felt like I was being repeatedly stabbed. I think I might be actually dying.
