Here’s some facts:

I have the liletta IUD (4+ months)

I can still feel the strings just fine

Got it checked at two months, in perfect position

Sex is ALWAYS with a condom

Condom has never busted or leaked and is checked

I have not had a period since month 2 after insertion but was told this is normal with hormonal iuds

I have diagnosed endometriosis and PCOS. Was told it will be hard for me to get pregnant (but who ever knows for sure, right?)

I have put on a lot of weight in the last 3 months (like 15 pounds) and had A LOT of acne after month 2 with IUD.

HPT taken 10 days ago was negative.

Feeling popping in my abdomen, gas?

With the excessive weight gain and acne, all things considered, is this all from my IUD side effects? Could I sincerely be pregnant after a negative test and all the things mentioned?
