Early Pregnancy Loss or Menstruation?

Recently about two months ago, I got bad cramps and worse lower back pains along with heavy bleeding with blood clots. This went along for about 3 days. I have never experienced this.

After that I noticed I had normal periods, without the heavy bleeding, blood clots and cramps.

I am currently experiencing of what I believe could be my “period”. However, I recently had my “period” 10 days ago which was again heavy, blood clot bleeding and pain.

I’m so confused. I don’t know if perhaps in both instances I was pregnant.
