Soo my mother in law just flipped her sh*t because I asked her to get her whooping cough vaccine before coming to see our new son thw week of Thanksgiving. He will be born the Monday before and not only are they going to spend a ton of time with them, they're traveling via airplane.

I have always been told people who are around new born babies more than one or two times needs to get this vaccine, but am I overreacting? Or is she? She hung up the phone on us and now my husband is upset that I pissed his Mom off. (This is the very first time I've made her mad that I'm aware of.)

Also, I got this vaccine with my first baby (with someone else) and so did the rest of my family, including extended family. Ugh so bugged I hate when my husband chews me out for things I believe in.
