Help me ladies before I end up taking a chainsaw to my lady area!

I’m 35+4 pregnant! And this is the 5th infection I’ve had during this pregnancy!

I never suffered with my first baby at all.

I only treated it 9 days ago with a pessary and it’s already back.

I’m not sexually with my partner either...

Has anyone got any ideas on how to get rid of this! As I’m being induced in 24 days and really don’t want to have an infection makes me feel dirty??
