Gender prediction??

Okay I see everyone asking please predict my babies gender and I have NO IDEA how you guys can tell from a side profile. With my 3 boys I had to wait till I was 20 weeks to be able to tell. But I know there are theories I just don't know them can someone please help me! I'm dying for a girl and I would like some hope even if small. Lol. Thanks so much in advance. Btw yes it's twins!! :)
