TMI miscarriage at 4 weeks!

I went to the doctor today for spotting/pink discharge which I just wanted to make sure it was okay. The doctors and I thought I was 6 weeks pregnant(start of last period 3/1). So they did a pelvic exam,cervix is closed everything looks fine, but they want to send me to the hospital to get a stat ultrasound just because my levels aren’t rising like they should be and just to make sure. So I get to the hospital hysterical because I know I’m gonna have a miscarriage I just know it so we’re doing the regular ultrasound, we don’t see anything, but the vaginal ultrasound they see the baby is still in there. So a good sign. I was SO relieved! Mind you it’s 7 o’clock. So I go home super relieved but having lower back pain. I just brushed it off because I was sitting almost all day. Well fast forward I wake up @1am with horrible cramps, so I go pee and blood is just pouring out of me and I’m passing clots. I’m currently in bed cramping so bad. I’m so hysterical I never thought this would happen to me. This is the one thing I was so afraid of.
