Traveling pregnant Tips????

Hi 
I am 24 weeks pregnant and I am flying internationally from New York to South Africa non stop. It’s a 16 hour flight!!! I am so so nervous about this. What suggestions/ tips do you wise woman have to share? All ideas are welcome :) Thank you

Make sure to get up and move at least once an hour.

Flight socks and walk around the flight every 30 minutes, do flight exercises. I brought a pillow for my back and bum and was very thankful. Also I brought lots of snacks and water and used most of it.
