Almost 2 years trying and I decided this would be my last cycle. I am on femara 2.5 mg this cycle. I tried clomid twice and did grow follicles (I ovulate but late and usually grow around 17mm only without clomid). I ordered preseed for this cycle but I decided if it does not happen this cycle I would just take a break from everything else.

I used to have loads of ewcm before. A year before, I stopped getting them. I feel like it is the stress that gets me. I have developed pcos 2 months ago (got it after taking clomid). So I am just going for my last cycle ttc.

Is there anyone out there who got pregnant without trying? Like no fertility meds, no tracking or whatever, no timed intercourse, just going with the flow?
