Symptoms at 4 weeks

I am currently 4 weeks pregnant and having lots of symptoms such as shattered all the time (I'mready for bed by about 5pm 🤣), feeling sick all the time, bloated and sore boobs. I've told a couple of people at work and one of the women said she was surprised I was having symptoms so soon and now I feel like it's not normal lol. Is anyone else having symptoms early?
