💩 TMI anybody pooping more than usual?

TMI WARNING: Has anybody else been pooping more than usual? I’m usually one poop every third day (must have a slow digestive tract or something) but I’ve been going once a day or even twice.

Yes! I heard the hormones are supposed to slow it down but I’m going every day or so & it seems like a lot more (quantity) than usual. I mean, maybe the extra water I’m drinking plus eating better? Who knows. Lol

Yes!  And I’ve noticed they are harder poops too then my normal.  Pretty glad I drink tons of water and take a probiotic, otherwise I’d be hurting 😂
