Anyone’s depression get worse during pregnancy?

I wasn’t on medication before getting pregnant because it was giving me a headache and I was honestly starting to feel better. Then the moment I get pregnant it’s like it hits 10 times harder than ever.

My depression gets worse in the beginning because I don’t feel well and I can’t take care of our family and home the way I like. Luckily it’s nice weather this time so getting out in the sun boosts my mood. My anxiety picks up off and on too, but postpartum is when everything really gets out of sorts. I’ve never used meds, though I probably should have following my first baby. I know I’m lucky because I can keep it in check without medications, but that has taken a lot of time, effort, and constantly being self-aware and knowing when I’m slipping. I have a very supportive husband, as well as our families and a few close friends. They’re always willing to listen and let me talk through it.

Mine is more my anxiety. It's through the roof.

I was on zoloft and ended up in the hospital with hg so i forgot to take it for like a week. My doc decided to take me off it since it was out of my system. All of my depression, anxiety, ptsd, etc., symptoms on top of pregnancy hormones are making me feel crazy
