What did you do differently for 2nd FET?

Hi everyone.been with this group since the beginning, so wanted to update you'll. 1st FET BFN. Have a few on ice so 2nd FET will be next month. Just wanted to know if any of u did anything different the 2nd time that worked?

I got an endometrial scratch. Hurt like hell because my doctor took two passes (one for scratch and one for biopsy) but totally worth it!!

I've had a fresh and a frozen. Fresh failed in January. With the frozen I took vitamin d, drank pomegranate juice, and did not go on bed rest.

My first FET that was a BFN, since it was around the holidays (December) I took off work the entire week and had very limited activity. This past FET that I had in March that resulted in BFP I only took off work the day of the transfer (since I have a desk job and not on my feet all day I thought it would be okay plus wanted to switch things up), I made sure to keep my feet warm at all times, ate pineapple plus the core for the first 5 days, had the McDonald’s fries after the transfer and ate a lot of hearty warm meals for dinner and lunch! Not sure if any of that really made it work or not but I like to think it did! Wishing you the best of luck on your transfer next month!

I’m sorry :( I’ll be honest with you: there’s no magic solution. All of our bodies are different and there’s so many contributing factors.
I would have a good talk with your RE. Was your lining thick enough? Is there anything you can take to improve your outcomes? Etc.
I would continue taking a good prenatal vitamin and DHA supplement, above all.
