I notice that my cramping decreases drastically if I wear a pad when possible over a tampon. I work long hours in the OR though so without getting regular bathroom breaks I typically double up by using both a tampon and a pad.

I'm actually really shocked at the percentage for pads. I wouldn't have thought that so many women use them primarily. Is it because you ladies have a lighter flow?

I can't stress how weird and uncomfortable tampons feel

Pads have used outside of " that time " , too

I have to use tampons when I wear a pad I feel like every body knows im wearing one plus I have heavy periods so they dont last buy maybe 30 mins. My sister how ever refuses to wear tampons she only uses pads.
