I'm somewhere around 6 weeks, estimated since I still have not seen my OB. Tonight once I arrived home from work I used the bathroom and noticed (Tmi alert) strange brown spotting. Totally nervous since this is my first pregnancy. It stopped almost completely after lying down for bit. Does anyone have any way to help reassure me that my baby is ok? Calling doctor in the morning, but I'm just looking for a little relief from the anxiety.
