He says he’s no longer happy, I pushed him away. 
It’s all my fault and I’m not sure if I should ask if he wants a divorce or not?
I am scared too because 2 things will happen
He will say in anger

I would ask how can we fix things not jump straight to divorce. Ask if he would consider marriage counseling. That way you know you tried.

Y’all for sure need to sit down and discuss what is making y’all unhappy and see if it’s something you both could work on. Get it all out in the open. It’s going to be hard to hear what he thinks you are doing wrong but just hear him out with out arguing then tell him what you would like to fix. Don’t give up so quick
