I started taking Maca capsules about a month and a half ago in the middle of a cycle (two 500mg pills a day). I started taking them to balance hormones to aid my fertility (I get huge cysts from hormone imbalance). My first cycle on it was 40 days and this one was 20 days. Is this normal from my hormones balancing or is it messing up my cycles and should I stop taking it? My cysts have not come back since taking this.
