Clomid, normal period and vvvf positive

I’m on round 2 of clomid and I had a regular period that ended 8days ago but for the past 3days I’ve been feeling super nauseous and I’ve had a lot of watery cm, like a lot 😳 I have also been peeing a lot more frequently. So I decided to take a hpt just to rule it out. And this is what I got
