So I just wanted to recommend the Nike Training app for those of you who are on the journey of PP weight loss like myself. It’s not particularly for PP, but they have different levels for people who are not active at all to extremely active. I’ve used this app for years and love it! Especially since we’re all busy mamas who most likely can’t make it to the gym these days, it makes me love it even more. Plus it’s free!
