Help a lady out with her hair!

So my hair is fine, frizzy and a mix of curly, wavy and straight. Honestly the only time I could get all of it to curl and look pretty was when I was in and out of the ocean and hot tub on vacation before I washed my hair. Otherwise I blow dry it and straighten is every other day as my scalp is verryyy oily and my hair is very dry. It’s so annoying! I have the weirdest hair I swear. This is a pic of my hair air dried and brushed. It gets a little more wavy/ curly if I don’t brush it. What can I do to keep my natural curls when some is also straight? My curls are underneath and at random throughout my hair.

Ps- I don’t wanna hear tips on smoothing and straightening as I can and do that all the time!thanks guys!
