Back labor??

Question

Can someone describe what back labor feels like?? The pain feels like a giant muscle is pulled and will occasionally spasm. I usually get this pain while it’s that time of the month but since I’m 36 weeks pregnant I’m wondering if it’s contractions. The pain will also radiate to my sides.

It was a thousand times worse to me than regular contractions. It was located in my lower back and nothing touched the pain. With contractions I could do something to get a little relief but not with my back labor. It also didn’t start when my contractions did. It started as the baby got lower.
It felt like a ton of pressure and just constant pain, no relief like contractions do even though it’s very minimal lol

Very strong, very tight. Like someone was trying to twist my spine and the muscles around it.

My pain was all in the back. I’d rather it be that way personally. It was just dull heavy pains.
