Sore shoulder what to use...
My right shoulder has been sore for the last few weeks. Every time I lift it up or move it, it feels sore like I worked out on it constantly. I have Tiger Balm and Motion Medicine at home for muscle relaxing and pain relief. Would they be safe to use on my shoulder ?
I called my OB/GYN but he was busy today.
