Pills have actually been my favorite, but my next favorite would be the Mirena IUD. The only side effect I got from it was some spotting.

I couldn’t take any form of hormonal birth control. It was all terrible, made me depressed, gave me yeast infections, and all around was just awful. I’m currently TTC, but when we’re done we plan to use condoms and the Natural Cycles app to track ovulation and avoid fertile times.

Personally, I really liked the patch. I was on it for 3 years. I myself did really well on it. But what may work for some might not for all. I would definitely do some research on different types, then consult with you're doctor 😊
