I had a positive pregnancy test last week but at 4w+5d I started bleeding( bright red blood) with tissue when I wiped. After that I just had brown spotting throughout the next day. Today morning I again saw red blood and clotted tissue when I wiped. This on/off blood is really scarring me. I took pregnancy test today morning and its still positive. I called my OB-GYN and she said there is nothing they can do and will have wait and see how things progress.

I have endometrial polyp and I am not sure if that is causing the bleeding or if it’s miscarriage why is the bleeding on and off. Really scared please help.
