What should I do ?

So I was told that the baby’s size is smaller than the normal size by 3 weeks and they are waiting for a change in the umbilical cord to decide whether to have an emergency c-section or to try to push this pregnancy to the limit.

Last night i slept on my back and I wasn’t sure if i had Braxton hicks or real contractions , they were just annoying and i kept waking up, a couple of minutes ago I noticed a little spotting and i decided if it repeats again ill go to the hospital... should I be worried ?
