I am 9dpo and I am having uterine cramps my period starts in 6 days had unprotected sex 2 days before ovulation is the uterine cramps a sign of my period actually starting early cause I usually don’t have cramps til the day before my period

I had cramps 7 days before my period, tested 2 days later and it was a positive!

Unfortunately many pregnancy and AF symptoms are very similar - even ones you may not have experienced before - thus, could be due to either - best to wait and test with FMU if AF is a no-show when you expect her.
