I’ve posted the same post twice in two different groups and not gotten one single response on either. I don’t understand. I’m asking for help and advice and can’t get anyone to respond.

Do you track ovulation? If not, you may have ovulated late this cycle and therefore be having a longer cycle and not be “late”. Happened to me last cycle. I was 4 days late but from tracking ovulation this cycle I can see I ovulated a lot later than I thought I would.
