I’ve had my period on and off for the past month and I’m wondering if this is normal. I’m still a teenager so it is kinda irregular but it is really annoying and kinda freaking me out!

Answer

It's perfectly normal for your period to be inconsistent when you're a teenager. It can take several years for it to stick to a schedule. Stress, excessive exercise and diet changes can also affect your period and how often it comes. Mine was inconsistent for a few years after I got it. I wouldn't worry about it but if you want a professional opinion you can always see a doctor.
