Proceed or call it off?

So my fiance and i have been together almost two years. We moved in together last year. Neither of us have kids just fur kids. Anyway, i love him and i love spending time with him. I won't lie i took a pay cut for a job closer to home and it has really been effecting my finances. I was doing our bill break down today and came to realize other than the bills we share i owe family $60 and have a doc appointment that the copay is $40. After i pay family and doctor i will have maybe $80 to get through to next pay day. I was then doing wedding budget and realize have so much to pay for. He is covering cost of venue and our rings, so after talking if i want a photographer, and hotel room to stay i have to pay for it on my own. I got upset with him as he got me a new ring set after me telling him not to. I told him we could use the money towards something else. But he went and go it anyway. I went to send a text apologizing to him amd i got a message saying i was blocked. I literally lost it. I love him so much and i don't want to lose him but the fact he blockede and i have evidence to prove it then blamed me and said i blocked him hurts. I'm so lost in what to do as i honestly feel exhausted from consistently saying sorry. Any advice is welcome.
