So my little one started going to childcare 9-3:30 yesterday at 11.5 weeks old due to me going back to work. I leave the house at 6 am and then his dad drops him off at 9. He’s staying with a mom in the area that has 4 kids but only two at home throughout the day. Yesterday she said he did great and when I picked him up he was asleep and when we got home he ate and was happy and then continued his normal routine. Today I picked him up and he was asleep again but when I got him home I tried breast feeding him and he ate a little but passed out. He’s now been asleep from 2:30-615 and still sleeping. She did say he had a fussier day. I’m just a new mom and not sure if I should be worried or not. Also does anyone have any tips of how to help him with this transition?

Also: before I went back to work he didn’t go to bed til about 1030-12 and slept til 530’ate went back to sleep til 830’ate and sometimes went back to sleep again so we’re adjusting to getting up earlier as well.
