Postpartum tips
Anyone have any postpartum weight loss tips? Honestly I haven’t gained more than 2 pounds my entire pregnancy (I lost 6 in the first 3 months) but I’m constantly getting told I’ll gain a ton of weight my last week. Yes, it sounds vain, but I really want to stay healthy for the family my husband and I want to build in the next couple of years (we’re planning to try and have 4 kids overall) so any tips would be wonderful
