Lack of motivation

Lately I've been really down about my weight. I'm 18 and 185 lbs (last I checked) and I'm also 5'2. In 9th grade I was 105 lbs and by 11th grade I was 205 lbs. I just recently got back down to the 80 range.

Everytime I see my reflection is feel so bad about myself. (Especially side view coz wide) One of the big things that bother me is the size differences. My chest is fairly large (40DDD) and so is my belly. (Pant size 17) Both my belly and chest is flabby coz of excess skin. My legs, hips, and head are smaller than my torso. It overall looks not right. For awhile now I've been down about it and wanting to improve myself and work on at least getting down to 130-140 (possibly lower) But when I do work up to do it I do it a couple times and then stop. I usually have barely energy and my depression makes it hard for me to stay awake after school. (Sometimes I sleep 15 hours out of 24 hours a day) Any tips on starting and excorsize and keeping with it? Or at least getting more energy? Along with that any diet tips for folk who have a very low household income??
