Just went to my Obgyn for a checkup bc I’ve been bleeding randomly for days for a few months now.

They did a sonogram and said I had a bunch of little tiny cyst all over my ovaries but didn’t want to fully diagnose me yet...

My doctor recommended birth control (iud)

Fun fact - I’m 24 and have never been on birth control 🤦🏼‍♀️

I was just wondering if anyone else has been diagnosed with PCOS and has been put on the iud birth control and if so, did it help or worsen your symptoms?
