Allergies

I googled it and couldn’t find an answer and I’m not sure where to post but I have terrible allergies and I took 1 Benadryl 3 hours ago, and I know you have to wait 4-6 hours before taking another one but I’m about to go to bed, could I take another one now since I only took 1 earlier not 2?
