So my husband was playing with my 14 month old right before bed. He was crawling around pretending to eat him and chasing him around the upstairs. Then my son tripped and fell backwards and hit his head on our treadmill. He got a bump and some blood that looked like it was coming out of his hair holes. He then threw up twice, but each time he was crying and coughing so idk if that's why he threw up. (He's done that before) so there was about 5-10 minutes between when he hit his head and he threw up the first time, then another 5-10 minutes before he threw up again. And he wasn't crying that whole time. He cried at first but was happy again, he was running around laughing and wanting to play some more. So idk if i should call the doctor or take him in or leave him since he's acting fine other than those 2 times he threw up. It's been about 20 minutes now since he threw up and he's been fine. What should i do?
