12DPO Veins

So I’m currently 12DPO... AF is supposed to arrive Friday (hopefully not)... I still have no positive 😰.... but... I’ve been cramping and noticed big blue veins on my breasts that are starting to form. Could this maybe be a sign of pregnancy?? The bumps on my nipples have also gotten bigger.. let me know what you guys think. And has anyone had any similar symptoms?
