Implantation

So my period was 5 days early and ended 3 days early and for the first day it was brown blood and it would be gone when I wiped and then it got a little heavier then the next three days if I wore a tampon there would be brown blood but not enough to fill it or anything just clearly there because it was inside of me and then if I work a pad there would be nothing or just a literally spot of brown. Ever since I’ve first started my period it has always be a week long no matter what and this time it lasted only 4 days and it was pretty much nothing . Could it have been “implantation bleeding” ?
