Random bleeding

I dont know whats going on! We had sex on CD 8 and 10, ewcm on 9, 10, and 11 then today on CD 12 I had really heavy spotting.

I usually get heavy ewcm for 4-5 days and have NEVER had ovulation bleeding. What could this be?
