UTI problems/ovarian cysts

Hey beautiful ladies, have any of you had really bad UTI’s or ovarian cysts ? Because I have them and I am constantly constipated and a few weeks ago I believe I was peeing a little bit of blood and I’m worried that it might be getting worse. I went to my local mom doc and she did an ultrasound inside my vagina and she said she couldn’t even see my right ovary because it was being blocked by me being so constipated!!! I NEED TO TAKE A FAT SHIT YALL. Sorry. But yeah, if any of you have or is experiencing these types of problems please tell me how you got over them!! Thanks (:
