Looking for advise please post chemical pregnancy

So I had a chemical pregnancy that ended naturally on 8th March (I was 5 weeks 3 days). It is now 42 days since this occurred, ie: nearly 6 weeks. I have taken multiple HPTs which have all been BFN and a blood test last week also confirmed that I am not pregnant. Why is it taking my body so bloody long to ‘reset’ when it was such an early pregnancy loss - which I may never had even known about if I wasn’t a bit obsessed with testing!! Do you think it’s possible for a blood test to be inaccurate and it’s possible that I am actually pregnant?? Has this happened to anyone else before?? So sick of waiting and not knowing what is going on with my body!!
