On March 15, my husbands birthday, after 16 months Ttc we got our positive! On April 15, the day after my birthday, I had a d&c due to a missed abortion. I had some light spotting after we found out we were pregnant. They did blood work and ultrasound to check progression. At first they were not optimistic but when I went back for second ultrasound they could see embryo and heart beat which was not visible the week before. Next week went back for another ultrasound... no heartbeat at 8 weeks.
