How do I stop stressing??

Any ideas how to stop getting worried/ stressed until the first appointment / scan? I’m 5 weeks and I feel very pregnant but after reading a lot of horror stories I’m super terrified something will go wrong.

Shall I just keep testing until the appointment? Book in for blood work? I just don’t know what to do. Even though I’ve had 5 obvious positives including digitals I’m still too scared to get excited 😭
