Please help..

I have no idea what this could have meant but during my last period I had the most painful cramps I've ever experienced in my life.

I'm also on Nexplanon. Well I was bleeding light like usual and then a really painful 2 hours of cramping came and i had to use the bathroom. I finish and i look and see a fleshy pink blood clot. I have no idea what it could have been..
