Lowering BP

Good morning mommas, I have a few questions.

I am due in December with my second baby. My son and this baby will be 17 months apart.

With my first I had an awesome awesome pregnancy, I mean like I had no nausea, morning sickness, just stational diabetes, high blood pressure at all. Then the week he was born I had to have an emergency C-Section due to sever onset preeclampsia.

I do not want to deal with any of that this time around! So any tips and trick to get my body in check early on??
