Could you share your success stories? 😔

After having a chemical pregnancy recently... and going through those emotions.. I had a transvaginal ultrasound to see what was going on with me. I was basically diagnosed with PCOS and reffered to another doctor. Im so sad and disappointed.. the chemical pregnancy shows I can concieve but it took us almost 9 months to get this pregnancy which ended in a chemical pregnancy (early miscarriage). I still have hope and most importantly faith.. but now with this diagnoses and being told my right ovary has more cysts then the left and seeing them on the ultrasound for myself really worries me if I will ever have a healthy full term pregnancy let alone multiple healthy pregnancys. Please, if you have any success stories with PCOS and going through the ups and downs of loss could you share your story? I really just need to know there are many women with PCOS who both conceive and go on to healthy full term pregnancys. Im trying to think positive because I dont want to get stuck thinking negatively or doubting what my body is capable of. 😔
