TTC W ONE FALLOPIAN TUBE

HELLO ladies ❤ hope u all are having a great day. So here is my story in a nutshell I have a 4 year old baby boy. When he was 4 mos old I fell pregnant again w an ectopic pregnancy resulting in my losing my left tube. I haven't been able to fall pregnant since then and me and my husband are now trying ( very hard ) ttc baby #2 . I have been taking concieve plus vitamin supplements for the last 5 days. my questions are.. any moms take concieve plus pills with success. ? Any moms concieve naturally with one fallopian tube ? Any and all advice / comments are welcome! :) tia.
