I’m 5w2d. Has anyone experienced twinges mostly on one side? I am having generalized small cramps every once in a while. But I’m also having sharper twinges that are mostly occurring on one side. Lasting only for 3-10 seconds in length and not painful. I am not experiencing bleeding, vomiting, dizziness, pain in leg/neck or any other symptoms of an ectopic pregnancy.

Anyone else?
