So he had been asking questions, responding open ended, all that stuff but now hes just texting back like this and usually I'd take the hint but hes texting back like in less than a minute so I don't wanna dip if hes chilling but I hate this I feel like I'm bothering him or something lol

Some guys text like this 😂😂 trust me I had some dudes text me like this and so I’d get annoyed with them and not text back then they’d hit me with a double text talking bout “wyd?” Lol

It's easier to tell in person. If you guys make a date and he doesn't flake then yeah. But it can be too easy to keep your options open with a person if all it takes is a few texts every now and then. If you're interested, ask him out and see if he likes you enough to put some effort in.
