I have had irregular periods all my life... but for a year before marriage i got them very regular every month.. but after marriage cycles have been messed up..i did not get my periods for 3 to 4 months at a time... 1st been exactly a year since my wedding..and i got my periods only thrice and i had to take emergency contraceptives to get them and I wasn't ovulating during any of the cycles.

Read about Myo inositol on amazon and bought a bottle.. and just 10days after taking 4 pills a day ..i got my period... the flow isn't as usual (but atleast i got them!). It is CD5 today ...i will start opk testing once i stop bleeding...hopefully i ovulate!
